Purchase organic produce whenever possible.

When it comes to meat, look for free-range or wild caught. Choosing antibiotic-free and hormone free is also a plus.

Avoid sugar as much as you can. When reading labels understand that fructose, glucose, sucrose, dextrose & maltose are all sugar in disguise.

Avoid processed foods which are loaded with saturated fats, food coloring and other chemicals.

Finally, NO FAST FOOD. Especially in light of the news that McDonald’s recently lost a legal battle with celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. Oliver claimed and ultimately proved that the food McDonald’s sells is not fit to be ingested and is highly toxic. According to Oliver, the fat parts of meat used in their burgers are first washed with ammoniac hydrogen and then used as a meat cake to make a burger. Oliver also detailed how chicken nuggets are made and it is not much better… fat, skin, cartilage, visuals, bones, head, and legs, are engineered together with a blood pink paste that is bleached, re-refreshed and repainted, before being dipped in flour and fried in partially hydrogenated oils which are toxins.

Shocking right? It is enough to make you boycott fast food forever!
